 Subject to the rights granted to you under the Australian Consumer Law, all WHO IS ELIJAH creations during sale periods are considered FINAL, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty. Risk-free purchasing is unavailable during sale periods, and 2ml samples will not be included with orders.

Australian Consumer Law

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you think there has been a failure of a consumer guarantee, please return your unopened products to our warehouse in your country, address set out below. You are responsible for associated costs (including delivery) for returning the products to us. If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs. Depending on the failure, we will either dispatch a replacement product to you or refund the product price.

Pre-order items will have their estimated delivery date listed on each product page. We do our best to ensure these anticipated delivery dates are accurate; however, they are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

Please note: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order stock becomes available.
